To tackle the rising problem of drug abuse amongst young people in Hong Kong, we the Rotaract Club of Victoria, along with Rotaract Club of Hong Kong, Rotaract club of IVE (Morrison Hill) and Rotaract Club of Kingspark Hong Kong held a series of activites to train secondary school students as anti-drug ambassadors.
